Yoghurt at work then cereal and milk at morning tea time. Today I also had a cup of peppermint tea to try and fill me up. Then lunch my skinny soup and a slice of\u00a0(body works better with) \u00a0Burgen bread. I had 4 vita wheat 9 grains when I got home and then had my dinner which was Bolognaise with slim fettuccine.\u00a0 My treat was a can of coke zero with dinner.\u00a0 At work there were left over corn chips and crackers from an afternoon tea yesterday. Without thinking I picked one up and put it in my mouth.\u00a0 I then realised what I was doing and took it out of my mouth and\u00a0put it in the bin!!<\/p>\n<p>I went to the gym tonight. I was a bit devastated to see a few of the other competitors there! I&#8217;m REALLY going to have to work hard if I want to be in the running for a prize! I did 16 mins on the treadmill jogging @ 9.0 km\/hr then 15 mins on the treadmill level 8 trying to stick around 60 rpm. Then did 30mins on the treadmill @ 6.8km\/hr with an incline of 15.\u00a0 According to the machines I burnt around 800 calories.\u00a0 But I don&#8217;t know how accurate that really is. I need to get a new battery for my HRM so I can get some accurate numbers.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to head off to bed now.
