At the moment I don&#8217;t feel to great. I have a bit of a headache but I will go to bed after this post. I had a good food day today. Breakfast and lunch were exactly the same as yesterday.\u00a0 I had 4 vita wheat 9 grains when I got home from work.<\/p>\n<p>I then headed off to the gym to see my trainer Alison. I did a 1km run on the treadmill @ 10.0km\/hr then did some work with her that included squats, lunges, push ups, triceps dips, bicep curls, sit ups and a couple of other things. I finished of the session with another run on the treadmill. I did the first 500m @ 11.0km then the second 500m @ 10kms I just couldn&#8217;t keep going with the 11! After my session I then did 30 mins\u00a0on the treadmill with an incline of 15\u00a0and a speed of 6.8km. I was buggered after that!<\/p>\n<p>Dinner was a chicken steak with left over salad. I added a bit of extra tomato, cucumber, mushroom and avocado. I was a bit naughty and had 2 cans of diet lemonade and a small packet of the popped potato chips.<\/p>\n<p>It will be interesting to see what my weight does\u00a0in the morning!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another day done!!!
